The benefits of GER affiliation
Green Eyed Records is a platform that supports artists and promotes “creativity through collaboration. Artists selected as GER affiliates have access to a range of benefits from GER, including marketing assistance, discounted media packages, support slot opportunities, session musician opportunities and access to the GER network of skilled professional services. We are mindful that any GER association offers real and worthwhile benefits and is not just a marketing slogan!
The challenge for many artists is often a combination of finding the best creative team to produce their recording vision and to take that vision to a wider audience. Historically the dream for many was “being signed” but the reality is very different to what is often imagined.. Many artists find that its like being given a credit card with a terrific spend limit, but to then find you can never pay it off due to the massive interest and the fact that at any time permission to use the card can be removed!
The more the artist can connect directly to an audience without a mass of intermediaries and inflated costs, the better for the artist’s interests. “Creativity through collaboration” is the key to a more effective approach. Crucially, artists retain control over their creative work and don’t find themselves as little more than a product in a business that often has little or no interest in the music.
There is no charge for GER affiliation, and acts are approved individually.
